Payment & Shipping

Here you will find all information on the available payment methods, as well as packaging, shipping costs, and delivery times for my handmade designs and knitting patterns.

Payment options

To make your purchase as secure and pleasant as possible, I use the certified payment service provider Stripe to process payments.

During checkout, the following secure payment methods are available:

• Credit card / debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, etc.)
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

Your account will be charged immediately after the order is completed. All payment data is encrypted and processed securely via Stripe.

Shipping, delivery & delivery times

Depending on what you order, the shipping method differs:

Custom-made items
If I make a knitted piece especially for you, you’ll find the individual delivery time directly on the respective product page.

Digital knitting patterns (download)
After successful payment, you’ll receive your pattern immediately as a PDF download. There are no shipping costs. You can start the download directly via your customer account or the link in your confirmation email.

Printed patterns
I ship printed patterns via Deutsche Post (letter with tracking).

Finished knitted items
I ship by default with DHL (including tracking). Shipping to DHL Packstations is no problem (please include your customer number and Packstation number in the delivery address).

Delivery times for postal / parcel shipping
Printed patterns and items available immediately: 1 to 3 business days within Germany.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the type of products ordered and the destination country. The exact costs for your order are shown before purchase in the cart and on the checkout page.

Zone 1: Germany (domestic shipping)

• Pattern-only orders (printed): Flat rate €3.30 (shipped via Deutsche Post standard letter by registered mail (delivery confirmation)).
• Orders with knitted items / combined orders: Flat rate €6.90 (shipped via DHL parcel).
• Free shipping for orders over €100.00.

Zone 2: European Union (EU)
Applies to all EU member states.

• Pattern-only orders (printed): Flat rate €3.30.
• Orders with knitted items / combined orders: Flat rate €17.49 (shipped via DHL International parcel).

Due to the complex and country-specific requirements of the EU Packaging Directives (packaging registration and licensing obligations in the individual member states), international shipping is currently not administratively or economically feasible for MEEMEA as a small unique and manufacturing label. I ask for your understanding in this matter.

Digital products (e.g., knitting patterns as PDF downloads) are, of course, available worldwide/EU-wide without restriction. For purely digital knitting patterns via download, no shipping costs or customs fees apply worldwide.
